There's nothing wrong with crawling into your pyjamas and cueing up Netflix straight after work on a Friday, but you might want to set this one aside; the Museum's going to be Up Late. You could have a Friday night to remember—one that doesn't result in Dorito crumbs all over the duvet.

Everything will be open after hours and suitably festive. (It's never too soon. Never.)

You could make a Christmas gnome, have your fortune told like an Ancient Egyptian, go on a choose-your-own-adventure tour, or watch some mind-blowing scientific demonstrations in the Tūhura Science Centre. Retail therapy's an option too; our shop will be offering a 10% discount!

There will be live music, courtesy of Finn Butler and some special guests, and Precinct café will be offering an Up Late menu so you're not tempted by those Doritos later.
