Wind down for the week with a relaxation session under the night sky in the Perpetual Guardian Planetarium.

Instructor Dave McQuillan will lead a gentle meditation and relaxation class focused on releasing tension and simple meditation techniques. As part of the session, you will be taken on a journey through space to explore your relationship with the universe.

Suitable for all levels of experience, ages 14+.
