Sew On ● Care Dunedin’s first Padathon
By Toitu Otago Settlers Museum

Join Christine Keller (she/her) and Riley Young in reusable pad sewing workshop and period information sessions.

Frustrated by the commercial plastic laden period products and with a want to switch to a culture of healthier period care; Sew On ● Care was created as a charitable project to help educate on sustainable alternatives.

  • Are you worried about too much plastic in our world?
  • Have you considered a switch to a healthier and more cost-effective period care?
  • Do you like sewing? Would you like help spread the word?
  • Ever wanted to see a menstrual cup?

Drop in and see how you can become part of the Padathon movement – learn how to use the sewing machines and materials provided to create your own pads to take home or donate to charity.
