Tarantula Tales
By Otago Museum

Tropical Forest Demonstration

Are you ready to meet some of the most charming eight-legged creatures on the planet?

Hidden behind glass, our resident tarantulas don't always get the love that they deserve, but with our latest Tropical Forest talk, all of that is about to change. Our expert speaker will take you on a journey through the weird and wonderful world of these fuzzy, friendly arachnids. You'll learn all about their quirky habits, unique personalities, and surprising talents. You'll even get the chance to look at one of their molted exoskeletons and learn more about how it differs from our own internal skeleton.

Perfect for spider fans and arachnophobes alike, we're sure that you'll all fall in love with these fascinating spiders. Come and join us in the Tropical Forest - we promise they won't bite!
