Tūhura Otago Museum in collaboration with Wild Dunedin, New Zealand Festival of Nature, invite you on an unforgettable two-hour sunset cruise with Monarch Wildlife Cruises and Tours.
Dunedin is undoubtedly the nature capital of New Zealand, and we want you to capture the wild. Travel to Taiaroa Head and explore the wonders of the peninsula with rare and endangered wildlife, historical landmarks, and stunning landscapes.
Otago Heritage Bus Society will pick you up from the Museum in one of their groovy vintage buses and deliver you in style to Weller’s Rock Wharf where you will board the Monarch at 5.30pm. The bus will take you back after the cruise docks again at 7.30pm.
This is a not only a wonderful trip, but also a fantastic opportunity for photographers of all levels. Snap something wonderful and enter it in the Tūhura Photography Competition running until 30 April.
