This class will run over two sessions, 10 - 12pm on a Sunday morning and 7 - 9pm on a Monday evening, with our experienced nutritionist, Jo Duffy. Slow cookers will be supplied for students to borrow over this time, as well as all the ingredients for two delicious meals for a family of four! Each session will focus on a healthy, budget-friendly recipe, good food safety practices and learning to use a slow cooker.
If the class is full but you would like to be added to the waiting list, please email Nicola at dunedinwea@gmail.com or add yourself to the waiting list here on BookWhen.
This course is kindly funded by COGS, Lottery Community and the Otago Community Trust.
