This is an opportunity to visit two of the most important car collections in the state - The Hendrick Collection and the RK Motors Collection. Both of these collections are available for us to visit on Friday May 5th. The Hendrick Collection requests a $25 per person donation to the Hendrick Family Foundation with all proceeds used to support their chosen charities.

Below is the agenda for the day:

Hendrick Performance Center:

Arrive at Hendrick Performance Center at 10:50 am - 4400 Papa Joe Hendrick Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28262

Meet at the bottom of the parking lot

Tour to start promptly at 11 am for up to 30 attendees

Tour will finish approximate 12:30 and there is lots of options for lunch near this area.

RK Motors:

Arrive at RK Motors at 1:55 pm - 5527 Lakeview Rd, Charlotte, NC 28269

Tour will start at 2:10 pm inside of the RK dealership

Tour finishes and everyone heads home at appx 3:30 pm

For attendees who wish to drive over on Thursday, a block of 10 rooms has been reserved for the Hurricane Region PCA at a discounted rate of $139 for the night. Hilton Garden Inn, 7831 Gateway Lane NW, Concord, NC 28027, 704-979-2900. Please call the hotel and make a reservation. The rooms are on hold until April 4, 2023.

Please note this is not an official driving tour. Participants are driving from our area to the Charlotte area on their own. The club event is the tours of the car collections. If participants wish to drive over together, they can make arrangements to do so and Leith Porsche can be a starting point.
