Virtual Yoga for Beginners

Join us for a 60 minute yin and vinyasa virtual yoga class coordinated by Chinook Lodge Aboriginal Resource Centre.

We will begin with a guided meditation to allow the mind to calm and bring awareness to the body. We will slowly move into seated postures, horizontal stretches , standing postures, and hip openers.

This will be an entry level class to get everyone familiar with the postures.
