Mindful Moments

Increase your calm, boost your focus and harness your attention through mindfulness. Tune in weekly and learn to integrate mindfulness into your daily life. Each session starts with a brief overview of mindfulness followed by a guided exercise. Sessions will also be recorded so you can keep your home practice going between sessions.


Mindful Moments Sessions are hosted by Student Development and Counselling. Please be sure to use the same registration link to attend each week.
