Happy Half Marathon
We are thrilled to announce our plan for a 2021 live event this August in Springfield!

It has been a goal of ours for years to bring the Happy Half Marathon to Springfield. Our family’s history here spans multiple generations and it has always held a special place in our hearts. Springfield has a unique history and extremely bright future. The downtown area has seen a resurgence with new businesses and we wanted to be part of it.

We have been working with officials from the City of Springfield and Wittenberg University to put together a course that will highlight many of the great things that Springfield has to offer. As we continue to grow, this will allow us to organize bigger and better races. Most importantly, this will help us continue to increase our ability to make a positive impact in our community by benefiting the Springfield Cancer Center.

Additionally, we will continue to offer a virtual race option for those that want to participate but may not be able to join us in Springfield on race day! 

We hope that you are as excited as we are and that you will help us continue to make this a great event for the city of Springfield!

Registration: We are offering two registration options this year, in person and virtual!

In person through May 28 - $55
In person May 29 through race day - $60

Virtual through May 28 - $25 race registration only,  $55 includes registration, runner's shirt, finisher's medal
Virtual May 29 through race day - $30 race registration only, $60 includes registration, runner's shirt, finisher's medal

For every FIVE people you refer, you'll receive a $5 refund on your registration! Your unique referral code will be included in your regisration confirmation email. 

Packet Pickup In Person: TBA


Packet Shipment (Virtual): For those who choose the $55 option (or $60 after May 28) with a finisher's medal and shirt, these items will be shipped to you after the race. This will allow us more time to accept this type of registration and to process and ship the packages to you!
