Taste your way through the middle east as Chef Jennifer demonstrates how to make Chicken Shawarma with homemade flatbread, cucumber-tomato salad, and a tahini yogurt sauce.
After the demo, enjoy a sampling of the demoed dish and leave with recipe cards so you can recreate the dish at home. This cooking demo is limited to 25 people. Cost is $10 per person ($13.25 w/ fees).
