Wellness Wednesday 'New Year Yoga & Meditation'

Enjoy 45 minutes of gentle yoga flow and grounding poses to end your day, followed by a 15-minute strength and grounding meditation that will focus on mindfulness and deep awareness of our inner strength to carry through the year.

This mental stillness is created by bringing the body, mind, and senses into balance, which, in turn, relaxes the nervous system.
