Drumba is an exercise format that combines regular or weighted Drumba Stix with dance steps and exercise moves to create a fast-paced, intense cardio workout for the upper and lower body. It can be done seated or standing and is a fun cardiovascular workout for all ages and abilities!
Due to vendor supplies, the class will max out at 25 participants. Reserve your spot by September 16th.
