Aqua Aerobics - August
Aqua Aerobics is an excellent way to cool off and get your daily dose of exercise in the water!
 
It is a low-impact form of resistance training that is known to enhance your balance and coordination, along with improving your cardiovascular strength.
 
*Suggested items to bring: Towel, sunglasses, water shoes and something to drink.
