Core Strength and Balance

Functional movements and isometric exercises to improve strength & stabilization are the focus of this fitness class. Although the focus will be directed to the core (chest, abdominals, oblique’s & back), it will take a full-body effort in resistance to get this one done! Legs, shoulders, and arms will get a great workout too!

All fitness levels are welcome. Modifications will be offered for every exercise.

 

**Things to bring: exercise mat, towel, and a bottle of water. We will have extra mats on hand and available to all.
