Whether you're planning your own sale or getting ready to find some great bargains, please join us for the Sandbrock Ranch semi-annual community garage sale!

Magic Shred will also be at Carriage House from 12-2 PM to help make your private documents disappear.

A map of all registered participants will be posted publicly on the resident website under the Lifestyle tab. A map will also be provided to residents via email.

Best Practices/Safety Advice:

• Covid is still a concern, so please wear a face covering to protect yourself and others.
• Display only sale items in front of your house.
• Bring in other yard items that are not for sale.
• Avoid situations where people need to enter your backyard or house to see sale items.
• Clearly label items for sale.
• Have fun and be safe!
