Tai Chi for Arthritis - Older Adult Program

Participants meet for twice a week for eight weeks for a one hour session in this safe, enjoyable

program targeting people living with arthritis. Medical studies have shown that Tai Chi relieves pain and improves the quality of life for people living with arthritis, though participants do not need to have arthritis to participate.

Participants must have received their 2 full Covid- 19 vaccinations and the booster if eligible. Proof of

vaccination must be shown prior to class attendance.
