The Friends of the Waccamaw Library (FOWL) is pleased to announce that the 1st Thursday series is set to return at the new Waccamaw Neck Branch Library beginning on January 7, 2016. On the first Thursday of each month at 10 AM 1st Thursday will offer a diverse cross section of education and entertainment for the community.  The Library is located at 41 St. Paul Place off Willbrook Blvd in Pawleys Island. 1st Thursday events are free and everyone is welcome.
