Business Relationship Management (BRM) Fundamentals introduces BRM as a capability, role, and discipline.

The class is designed to facilitate a basic understanding of managing business relationships and is open to everyone (at any level and from any role) wanting to learn more about the capability of developing, nurturing, and advancing collaborative business relationships. Furthermore, the class explains what the BRM role entails, and what it means to stand up a BRM discipline in your organization. This course includes a 3-month introductory membership of BRM Institute.
