BRM Strategic Partnering Roadmapping Workshop

The 2-day workshop gives participants hands on tools and techniques to complete a BRM maturity assessment, to shape the BRM role and understand how a BRM Team can build or clarify a unique value proposition and “market” itself across the organization. Participants will understand how to achieve desired organizational behaviour towards existing BRM capability to drive business value, build strategic business partnerships, and evolve enterprise culture.

The workshop targets BRMs and BRM Leaders who aim to develop their BRM capabilities and tailor the BRM Value Proposition to the needs and the level of Business and Provider organizations maturity levels. Workshop uses the BRM Playbook and other BRM Institute references as a base.

**The ideal group size for this workshop is 12 to maximum of 18 participants.
