Carbonnade Flamande is a delicious french beef stew cooked in beer. This is a dish from the La Flandre, a northern region of France. Dessert will be 'poires rôties aux épices': cooked pears with spices. You won't want to miss this incredible French cooking class! All classes are $35 per person and taught in the Culinary Stone's kitchen.
