This is an exclusive opportunity to enjoy a dinner prepared by award-winning Chef Bob Rogers and Ty Schwenk. Chef Rogers and Schwenk will offer a cross comparison dinner showcasing farm raised and wild caught salmon, with a demonstration and health facts comparing the two types of salmon. Doors open at 6:30pm, dinner beings at 7:00 PM. Seating is limited.
