Join Chef Patricia Hebert-Jenks as she shares recipes she learned during a recent trip to Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic, a beautiful city with an interesting culinary tradition and great beer.


You will begin with a rich beef goulash served with Houskovy Knedlík (bread dumplings). For dessert, you will prepare a Topfenscharren made with cottage cheese, eggs and raisins flavored with lemon.
