Description


Explore some of the classics of French cuisine by cooking a "Velouté de champignons," a creamy elaborate mushroom soup., followed by a "Oeuf cocotte aux champignons à la crème" eggs baked in individual pots on a preparation of mushrooms, shallots and cream. For dessert, you will make a "Nougat glacé et son coulis de framboise," a nougat ice cream served with a raspberry sauce.
