Travel to North Africa with your guide and chef, Jean-Pierre. You will learn the secrets to cooking traditional tagine, a blend of savory ingredients and colorful spices named after the earthenware pot in which it is cooked. You will start with an eggplant dip, feast on main dishes of meatballs in a spicy tomato sauce and Moroccan lemon chicken, and at the end Baklava!
