Discover the regional cooking of Emilia- Romagna, Italy’s so-called “food valley” and home to many of Italy’s most famous homemade pastas and desserts with Chef Cindy Swain. You'll start your culinary journey by making homemade “tagliatelle ai funghi porcini e panna” homemade ribbon noodles in a warm porcini mushroom cream sauce topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Next we’ll make a traditional dessert “Tortellini Dolci”, delicious homemade mini pies filled with organic jam. Learn the secrets to delicious homemade Italian cooking, made simple.
