In the Pyrenees mountains of Spain, more than 150 years ago, they developed their own paella (rice dish) with local vegetables and meat (pork, chicken and rabbit). For dessert, enjoy Postre de Music (Music dessert) typically from Lleida where they have good vineyards, dry nuts and sweet muscatel wine.
