For a starter, Chef Patricia Hebert-Jenks will guide you in making a warm zucchini and goat cheese flan with bell pepper and tomato coulis, followed by ratatouille - a dish full of the sun of Provence. For dessert: "a Blanc Manger," a delicious almond cream flavored with orange blossom water and cinnamon. All classes are $35 per person and taught in the Culinary Stone's kitchen.
