Come join Chef Jean-Pierre as he teaches you to make Bouillabaise, a Provencial fish stew originating in the port city of Marseille. Seafood and vegetables are simmered in a flavorful broth with fresh herbs and saffron. This is a very elegant meal that is great for entertaining. Cost is $45 per person.
