The Honesdale Area Jaycees are proud to present the 2023 Halloween Parade. Lineup is at 6pm in the Top Notch Parking Lot with Launch promptly at 7pm. Rain Date is Thursday October 26. The parade travels up Main Street, turning onto 10th and ending in Central Park. Complimentary Cider & Donuts will be provided in the Park. Competition for Best Float!
