Understanding your Grief
By Rev. Kyle Roberson

Understanding your Grief
Thursday, Aug. 25 - Nov. 10 | 2 to 3:30 p.m.
Center for Spiritual Care Living Room

Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal.

The death of a loved one often leaves us feeling paralyzed, confused, and wondering how we can move forward. If you are experiencing grief over the death loss of a loved one, we want to invite you to participate in this 12-week study of Dr. Alan Wolfelt’s book, “Understanding Your Grief.” This book offers 10 touchstones for finding hope and healing. Wolfelt approaches grief with the understanding that it is not a disease to be cured and the more we come to understand about our journey through grief, the more we find a path back to finding the fullness of life.

Wolfelt’s “Understanding Your Grief” book and journal are both required for this study and are available for purchase in the church’s Circuit Writer’s Books & Such bookstore. All are welcome; please register online.
