“Saving Grace: A Guide to Financial Well-being”
Begins Wednesday, Jan. 12 | 6 - 7:30 p.m. | Evans 2129
“Saving Grace: A Guide to Financial Well-being” helps people of faith create healthy relationships with money and bring their financial lives in line with their faith journeys.
Weaving Wesleyan theology together with sound financial advice, “Saving Grace” offers concrete guidance on saving, earning given, spending, debt, and how to build a sustainable financial plan. How much should we give, and why? What are the dangers of debt, both financially and faithfully? How can we live into John Wesley’s advice to “gain all you can, save all you can, and give all you can”? Join us, beginning January 12, to begin answering these questions and to begin cultivating a healthy or healthier relationship with your money and finances. “Saving Grace” is a seven-week class that meets in Evans Hall Room 2129 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Required workbooks are available for purchase at the WC Bookstore. Online registration is required, especially for those who will benefit from childcare.
