Life of Victory Youth Outreach Undeterred is committed to empowering the youth of the Central Valley.  Our goal is to promote leadership among youth of color in Kings, Tulare, & Fresno County areas through peer mentoring, and youth-led community advocacy work to reduce substance use.

Join us for our bi-weekly for "R.E.A.L. Youth" meet ups.  Sessions are fun, empowering and engaging!
