3rd Annual Law Enforcement Snowmobile Torch Ride

On behalf of the Ontario Law Enforcement Torch Run, the Greater Sudbury Police Service is proud to host our 3rd Annual Snowmobile Torch Ride for Special Olympics Ontario!

Join us on Sunday, February 5th for a police escorted snowmobile ride using the Sudbury Trail Plan to Wolf Mountain.

Participants will meet at the Sudbury Trail Plan Association: 3610 Regional Rd, Garson, ON.

*Register on the day of the event or online* Registration check-in begins at 8:30 a.m. Participants must raise a minimum of $20 ($30 for two riders on one snowmobile) to take part in the ride.

The group will depart at 10:00 a.m. and should arrive at the lookout area around 12:00 noon. Volunteers from the Garson snowmobile club will have a bonfire ready and will have snacks and refreshments for all participants. The group will leave the area at 1:30 p.m. using the trails to return to the point of origin, arriving at approximately 4:00 p.m.

Fundraise for your chance to win! The top fundraiser will win a $250 Gas Card, with the 2nd and 3rd top fundraisers winning a $100 and $50 Tim Hortons Gift Card respectively.

This ride will raise money to provide quality sports and training programs for children, youth and adults with intellectual disabilities.
