Basic elements in dance are coordination, strength, flexibility, on top of which you build the artistic elements. In each class we will focus on one of those elements. Benefits of coordination practice allows you pick up movement sequences much easier. Strong body gives you better balance and helps with turns. Flexibility allows your body to perform movement in a bigger amplitude. All together these elements give you control over your body and movement.
