Leg Lifts

Join me for a lower body workout that is designed to create even strength and endurance in the Kinetic Chain we call the Triple Flexors (Hip Knee Ankle).

This class will have you experiencing the best squat your body can do, movement patterns to hit all angles on the legs, all while building a pillar of strength from the base of the feet through the deep core. You will not want to miss this leg sculpting class. We will use weights, loop bands, a dowel (broom/mop stick of any 3 - 4 foot length), a mat and a towel.
