The original High Intensity Interval Training Class (HIIT). This 15 minute class will focus on heart strength and calorie burning for the rest of the day. The format is as follows: Warm-up, then two blocks - five minutes each, followed by active cool-down.
We will cycle through resistance and cardio exercises for the ultimate sweat session. Exercise options are provided throughout the whole class. Equipment: light/medium dumbbells, exercise band, mat, towel.
