Small Muscle Builder

Using light resistance bands and active isolated stretching methods, this class will focus on building your joints from the inside with a focus on all the supporting muscles, building an injury resistant body, decreasing pain and training the joints for their full range of motion. Equipment: light/medium flat band 4-6 ft, light/medium circle band, broom stick or 4 ft dowel, chair, towel.
