You are not going to know what HIIT you! This class is a 30-minute class of total body training. An interval-based class featuring a fusion of yoga, and strength training, with low-impact cardio bursts and lots of fun. Be ready to push hard, build core strength, increase your endurance, and improve your flexibility. All fitness levels are welcome. Modifications can be made to fit what your body needs.
