Just 15 minutes to move your body. You have options to make it intense if you want to, but this short class is meant to offer you an easy way to make sure you take a break from your desk and/or your stress. Easy to follow. Weights recommended, but not necesssary. Heavy hardcover books or full water bottles can be used, also canned goods or jugs of laundry detergent.
