Fit15 Functional

Join us for 15 min of smooth movement. Think about how your muscles and joints work together, and how to practice to improve the efficiency of these patterns to improve mobility and reduce tightness. May even help to reduce back pain and allow you to move in a wider range of motion. Works great as a warm up, a cool down, or a little movement on a rest day. Typically no equipment needed, but we occasionally utilize a yoga block and/or a chair. Bare feet recommended.  Bare feet preferable.
