Circuit Training

Welcome to a full body workout combining strength, cardio, core and functional movement stations. Please note - this class is hybrid, meaning some of the participants are in-person with the instructor. If you should log on a minute late, or if you don't see the instructor right away, just begin moving. Each class begins with a five minute self-guided warm up. You can go up and down the stairs, do jumping jacks, march in place, or bring out your best dance moves. It may take a minute or two, but then class will officially begin with a dynamic warm up led by the instructor.

Interval times vary for each class and no two classes are the same! A few pair of dumbbells (or something you could use as weights) would be helpful. Other equipment that "may" be used, but is not necessary to have, is a mat, stability ball, barbell, kettle bell, Bosu, TRX and battling ropes. Modifications will be offered for various fitness levels as well as if equipment is not available.
