This class is a full body workout combining strength, cardio, core and functional movement stations. Interval times vary for each class and no two classes are the same! A few pair of dumbbells (or something you could use as weights) would be helpful. Other equipment that "may" be used, but is not necessary to have, is a mat, stability ball, barbell, kettle bell, Bosu, TRX and battling ropes. Modifications will be offered for various fitness levels as well as if equipment is not available.
