A Pilates class uses a series of non-impact exercises designed by Joseph Pilates to develop strength, flexibility, balance, and inner awareness. We focus on proper breathing, core strength, joint support and spine health. Appropriate for all levels and ages - you will improve core strength, muscular coordination, and balance in the body along with strength and flexibility in the back and spine. Bare feet recommended.
*Sometimes the class will incorporate bands or light weights but it can be done without equipment.
