Fit Zone 45

45 min workout combining cardio, strength training, balance and core work. Each workout is unique and designed to challenge your body and mind. While this is an intense workout, all fitness levels are welcome, and modifcations are offered for most exercises. Equipment recommended: yoga mat, dumbbells or “household” weights (like water jugs) and a positive attitude.
