Circuit Fusion

This class is based on Silver Sneakers (SS) BOOM Muscle and SS Circuit. It's geared toward active seniors, but is appropriate for beginners as well. We use weights and sometimes a strap (or belt) for isometrics. We do circuits of strength exercises, then cardio - the cardio being either action intervals (based in sports) or aerobics (based on building choreography). We warm up, work out and have a quick cool down, all in 30 minutes! Always have water available.
