High Intensity Interval Training uses full body strength and cardiovascular exercises, alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods, including core work. But this version is for people who don't want to jump! Modifications and progressions given to accommodate every fitness level. Classes may use dumbbells and/or a mat. 30 min workout followed by 5 min stretch. Short on time?
