Yes, it is about flexiblity. But not like a ballerina. Your ability to move freely will improve your posture and decrease your risk of injury. Spend thirty minutes focusing on your functional movement patterns - how your muscles and joints work together, and how to practice to improve the efficiency of these patterns. Bare feet preferable.
