Fast, fun & powerful! High Intensity Interval Training uses full body strength and cardiovascular exercises, alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods, including core work. Modifications and progressions given to accommodate every fitness level. Classes may use dumbbells and/or a mat. 30min workout followed by 5min stretch. Short on time?
