Theater UNO is thrilled to bring the playright work of recent UNO CWW graduate Kylie Vanni to the stage. Directed by current MFA candiate Madison Smith, Dead Name centers on Lily, who wakes to find herself in the underworld with no idea of how she got there but knows that the name "Alex" on her ticket is not who she is anymore. Lily is haunted by visions of her Father and glimpses of her life, and is being pursued across this realm by Ma'am, head of the underworld, who is determined to capture Lily's soul. Alongside Asher, a lowly demon, she must race against time to remember who she is and how she died to determine if she really belongs in the underworld at all.
